Offering prenatal fitness classes in person or at home, Fit Mama Moves offers a dynamic fusion of barre, Pilates and traditional strength training workouts to support you during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Sculpt, sweat and strengthen your body (and baby’s) while having fun!
From early pregnancy into postpartum this barre class is intentionally designed to be prenatal + diastasis-friendly and still give you a full body burn. Specific core exercises target the deepest layers to build a strong foundation for a strong mama.
No childcare? No problem! This mom and baby fitness class is carefully designed to give you a full body workout while holding baby in a front-sided carrier.
As a busy mom of 2 balancing work with motherhood without family or much of a support system nearby, I understand moms need more than just fitness classes. Fit Mama Moves aims to provide education, resources and a sense of community.
After an easy first pregnancy ended in an unexpected C-section, I was determined to learn as much as possible about prenatal and postpartum fitness. From working with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists to rehab and rebuild core strength to continuing education seminars and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Trainer courses I went into my second pregnancy much more prepared. The knowledge and experience gained in those years empowered me to come out of my second pregnancy stronger than ever.
That feeling is exactly what I hope to share with you!
